Ram Charan is a highly sought adviser to CEOs and senior executives in organisations ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. Ram has coached some of the world’s most successful CEOs and for the past 35 years, Ram has worked behind the scenes of companies like GE, Ford, DuPont, EDs, Universal Studios, Duke Energy and Verizon.

Dr Charan earned an engineering degree and then MBA and doctorate degrees from Harvard Business School. He graduated from Harvard with high distinction and was a Baker Scholar. He then served on the Harvard Business School faculty.

He won the Bell Ringer award at GE’s famous Crotonville Institute and best teacher award at Northwestern. He was among Business Week’s top ten resources for in-house executive development programs.
