About Noel Tichy

Dr Tichy's contribution to both the academic and business community in leadership and organisation development cannot be overstated. Professor Tichy is author to 13 books, over 80 articles, and contributor of 20 chapters to additional books. His academic contributions are widely cited by global scholars in his field, his works have been cited on more than 11,000 instances. In business, Professor Tichy created the development practice of Action Learning and implemented it at General Electric's leadership development institute, Crotonville. Since then, he has consulted widely with senior leaders in world class organisations including Best Buy, GE, PepsiCo, Coca Cola, The Charoen Pokphand (CP) Group, Singapore Airlines, Infosys, Wipro Baosteel Group, China Eastern Airlines, Tata Group, 3M, Daimler-Benz and Royal Dutch Shell; pioneering new leadership development frameworks while refining the practice and application of action learning in an organisational context.
